We accept cash-pay patients at Austin Psychiatric Clinic. Also, out-of-network benefits may apply to those insurances not listed above. Call your insurance carrier for details. We provide superbills to use your out-of-network benefits.

Currently, we do not accept any form of Medicare or Medicaid.

If paying cash, you will receive a copy of your bill. You may submit this bill to your insurance carrier for any reimbursement you may be entitled to.

Generally, it takes from 45 to 60 days to obtain payment from an insurance carrier.​ ​

If we have received any such information from your insurance company, we'll be glad to share it with you. However, for answers to any questions about insurance payments, deductibles, or co-payments, you generally need to check with your insurance company.

As of 1/1/2025, we will no longer be able to accomodate single-case agreements with any insurance carrier.
